Police lay 30 charges while monitoring traffic in Cambridge

Waterloo Regional Police laid 30 charges in less than five hours while monitoring traffic on McQueen Shaver Boulevard Saturday morning.

While conducting proactive speed enforcement, officers handed out 10 tickets for stunt driving, 10 tickets for speeding and another five for careless driving.

The speed limit in that area is 60 km/h.

“Slow down. Drive with care,” said WRPS on social media. “Keep our roads and community safe.”
