Police looking for suspect who fled bank robbery in Hespeler

Waterloo regional police are on the lookout for a lone male suspect who fled after robbing the Bank of Montreal on Queen Street West in Hespeler shortly before 6 p.m. Friday.

WRPS tweeted about an increased police presence in the area of Queen and Adam streets following reports of the robbery involving a firearm.

They are seeking a white male, between 40 and 50 years old, wearing a yellow shirt and blue jeans.

More information is expected to be released shortly.
