Waterloo Regional Police say they are investigating two separate jewelry heists at malls in Cambridge and Waterloo.

The thefts took place on Sunday at malls on Hespeler Road and King Street North in Waterloo, police said.

Police said the investigation is ongoing and that there is no concern for public safety.
