One person has been arrested after two people were stabbed in Cambridge.
Waterloo Regional Police were called Cambridge Centre Mall at around 3 p.m. Saturday.
They say the stabbings happened during a fight between two groups of youths.
One victim was taken to an out-of-town hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries. The second victim also has non-life threatening injuries and was sent to a local hospital.
A Cambridge youth has been charged with:
- Assault with a weapon
- Aggravated assault
- Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose
Police are still investigating the incident, but at this point they believe it was a targeted incident.
