City outdoor pools scheduled to reopen June 18

Break out the bathing suits and sunscreen, pool time is almost here
Both Eagle Ridge Outdoor Pools and the city’s nine spray parks are included in the extended swimming
The two outdoor city pools will be open from June 18 until Sept. 5.

It's official. Cambridge's outdoor public pools are set to reopen for their summer season.

The Ed Newland and George Hancock outdoor pools will be ready to jump into in a few weeks on June 18.

Swim times for Splash Swim, Leisure Swim and AquaDeep are listed on the City of Cambridge's website on their Swim Schedules page

Both outdoor city pools will run from mid-June to September 5.

To beat the heat this summer and enjoy the pools, residents must register for a Summer Swim Pass which offers unlimited access to all of Cambridge's city pools from June to September. There is also a pay per swim option.

They are looking to hire lifeguards and swim instructors currently.
