Lots to do Wednesday night in Cambridge

This evening the community can come out to enjoy one of Cambridge's free, family friendly events, including the Ultimutt's dog show

Part of the city's Whimsical Wednesday events, the Ultimutt's Great Dog Show is coming to Cambridge July 20.

This evening, families can enjoy from a variety of community events, all free to the public. Families can also take part in food trucks and games or learning a new workout. The main event is the Ultimutt's Great Dog Show that will be featured tonight at city hall.

Whimsical Wednesdays: The Ultimutt's Great Dog Show

6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., 50 Dickson Street

Every Wednesday evening in July families can come enjoy free events hosted by the City of Cambridge. Located at city hall, this Wednesday's event is bringing in some cute furry friends for a show starting at 6:30 p.m. but is dependent on weather. Next week will be the last Whimsical Wednesday for the community.

Galt Moves

6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Lower Main Street

No experience is required to take part in this free event that is sure to get the community moving. Every Wednesday there will be outdoor public HIIT and yoga classes rotating weekly. This week rotation is HIIT classes which provide a workout that is designed to get you moving in dynamic ways as well as training using your body weight and added resistance. The program will move in-studio at Whole Health by Chelsi if the weather warrants.

Wheelin' Wednesday

4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., 71 Cowan Boulevard

This free event by Fiddlesticks community centre has two food trucks for families to enjoy in Cambridge.

Pop Up Parks

4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., 71 Cowan Boulevard

Free for families to enjoy alongside Wheelin' Wednesday, the Fiddlestricks community centre is back with pop up parks which hosts a range of activities for different age groups.
