The City of Cambridge launched some new features and changes to the MyWater Portal earlier this month.

The City of Cambridge has launched some new features and changes to the MyWater Portal and this month, users and residents have access to new tools and data.

The MyWaterAccount is a secure online portal that allows customers to view their water and wastewater billing and consumption history.

Customers that sign up for the service can access up to two years of transaction history.

As of May 9, through the Connect Portal, users can now also access the following features:

  • Yearly, monthly, daily, and hourly usage data
  • Progress of usage compared to the previous month
  • Usage threshold notifications
  • Time period comparisons
  • Leak Alerts
  • Adding multiple properties to one account

Those who do not currently have an account with MyWater Portal will need to register for the portal to access these features.
