Passed away with his loving family by his side at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Sunday, May 30, 2021 in his 82nd year.
Beloved husband of Cony Dobbin of 54 wonderful years. Loving and devoted father of Becky (Tim Ceelen) and Greg Dobbin (Shila Chahsavar). Adored gramps of Benji and Jake. Brother-in-law of Debbie Dobbin, Sue and Rod McCulloch and uncle to Geoff, Scott, Neil and Andrea. Predeceased by his brother Bruce Dobbin. Phil will be forever remembered by many extended family and friends.
