MYCYK, Theresa Eileen (nee Murray)

Theresa Eileen Mycyk (nee Murray) passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at the age of 86.

Family and motherhood were the most important things to Theresa, and she was the best mom anyone could have asked for. She was a devout Catholic and long-time member of St. Clements Church, and she loved bowling and sitting by Lake Huron at her summer cottage, watching the waves go by. She was a devoted wife to her late husband Michael for 46 years and a beloved friend to many. Theresa will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her sons Terrance Mycyk, Brian Mycyk (Christine), and Mark Mycyk (Lynne), and her grandchildren Sebastian and Mandella. She was predeceased by her husband Michael Mycyk (2002), and seven brothers and sisters from the Wellington Street Murray’s: Catherine, Joyce, Helen, Edward, John, Madeline, and Patrick. As per her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private Memorial Mass will be held at St. Clement’s Church at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation.
