A 39-year-old Cambridge man is facing several charges for operating a commercial motor vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
Wellington OPP stopped the driver of a white pickup with trailer on Highway 6 south in Puslinch around 3:30 p.m. on Jan. 18 for a routine commercial vehicle inspection.
As a result of the investigation, police charged the driver with operating a commercial vehicle without valid registration or permit among five offences identified by the officer.
