Police investigate attempted robbery at Cambridge pharmacy

Waterloo Regional Police are investigating an attempted robbery at a pharmacy in Cambridge.

On January 23, 2024, at approximately 4 p.m., police responded to a report of a robbery in the area of Jamieson Parkway and Townline Road.

Three suspects entered the business, brandished a knife, and assaulted an employee. No merchandise or property was stolen. The suspects then fled the area in a white sedan, believed to be a Chevrolet Cruze.

The employee sustained minor physical injuries as a result of this incident.

The investigation is ongoing by WRPS’ Robbery Team.
