It is with broken hearts that we announce Isaac’s unexpected passing on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at Cambridge Memorial Hospital at the age of 50.

Beloved husband of Nancy Anderson (Da Silva) of 25 wonderful years and proud and loving father of Ruby and Jenna Anderson. Cherished son to John and Marie Anderson and dear brother of Luke (Monique) Anderson, Charlene McAnoy and three other siblings he unfortunately did not get to meet. Special uncle to Chloe Anderson and nephew to Mary Lou (Jay) Reid, Patricia – deceased (Marek) Milan, Rosalie (Ron) Harrison, Laura Lawrence, Holly (Terry) Anderson, Isabelle Mercure-Cameron (George - Deceased) and Elaine Mercure-Schram - deceased (Mike Schram).

Isaac was born Anthony Michael Law to Peter Law and Lorraine Beaver and at the age of 1.5 was adopted by his loving parents John and Marie. In recent years, he was reunited with his birth family and was warmly embraced and brought into the fold of his Native community as a proud Band member of Alderville First Nations. Isaac was able to meet and form close bonds with his uncles Ken (Joanne) Beaver, Bill (Barbara) Beaver, Jack (Julie) Beaver and his aunt Janet (Don) Bateman.

Predeceased by his mother and father in law Jose and Maria Da Silva. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his many cousins, large extended family and so many friends.

Isaac was an experienced welder and metal fabricator for Ontario Tank and Trailer Ltd., Kitchener. A great handy man, he loved working on cars and motorcycles as much as he enjoyed driving/riding them. A brilliant artist, he was a talented musician and the words written throughout the years in the form of letters, poems and songs will be treasured for years to come. Isaac was also an avid traveler and loved getting away for vacations and experiencing new places, people and culture.

Friends and family will be received on Friday, January 13th, 2023 at Coutts Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews Street, Cambridge (519-621-1650) from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. with the Rosary recited at 7 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held the following day, on Saturday, January 14th, 2023 at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 185 Elgin Street South, Cambridge at 11 a.m. Interment to follow.
